1. About us

Suvorya is an online jewellery brand based in Ernakulam, Kerala, India, specialising in handcrafted temple and traditional jewellery. You can reach us at reach.suvorya@gmail.com or +91 99955 58793.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes — actual colours may vary slightly due to photography and display settings. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and will notify you promptly.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted and a contract formed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for product unavailability, suspected fraud, errors in listing information, or where delivery isn't feasible to your location. If we cancel your order after payment, you'll receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets, and never store your payment card details on our servers. If a transaction fails after your account was debited, the amount is automatically refunded by the payment gateway within 5–7 business days.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Once dispatched, an order can't be cancelled — please initiate a return after delivery instead. Custom or personalised orders can't be cancelled once production has begun. Cancelled orders are refunded in full within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our separate Returns & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items; earrings can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless damaged or incorrect; refunds are processed after quality inspection.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Suvorya and protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suvorya is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question. We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or logistics-partner delays.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.

11. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time; changes are posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the update.
