Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay's PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure; we never see or store your card details. Cash on Delivery orders may carry a nominal handling fee, shown at checkout before you confirm.

Order confirmation

You'll receive an email confirmation once payment is successful. If an amount is debited but you don't receive confirmation within a few hours, please write to us before attempting payment again — any duplicate charge, or a failed transaction where money was debited, is refunded automatically within 5–7 business days.
