How do I place an order?

Add pieces to the bag, then check out with UPI, cards, net banking, or Cash on Delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible — we can usually adjust an order before it ships.

How long does delivery take?

Orders dispatch within 2–3 business days and ship free across India.

How do I track my order?

What's the return policy?

Unworn, undamaged pieces in original packaging can be returned within 7 days. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for details.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Keep pieces away from water, perfume and direct sunlight. Store separately in its box or a soft pouch and polish gently with a soft, dry cloth.
